in any format the customer chooses -- be it fixed-price
contracts, pre-packaged service offerings, or a mixture of both.
In terms of pre-packaged services, we provide a wide range of
packages that are well-suited to a relatively wide range of typical
Oracle-related management, support, development and installation

In the case of management/support/administrative services, we offer
service level agreements so that our clients have, among other things,
complete certainty regarding our efficiency. Following are specific
details on the above-listed services:
Simple Holiday Cover
With Simple Holiday Cover, we can step in, on-demand, on occasions when
our clients are short on internal resources. Typically ranging from a few
days up to an entire month or more of services, we professionally manage
their databases in the absence of their regular staff. Remote
administration further reduces customer costs (however on-site staff
presence is still possible if required or desired).
On-Demand Support
This is an excellent support option for sporadic occasions on which our
client desires access to experienced technical staff to handle individual
incidents. With this service package, resolutions / solutions to technical
issues are delivered according to a pre-negotiated Service Level
Agreement. Typically, the client purchases a fixed number of hours of
support per month. Notably, this plan also operates well as an adjunct to
a company's internal Oracle administrative staff.
Premium Monitoring & Support
At this level of service, we take complete responsibility for the
operations of our clients. Oracle systems, typically on an eight-hour-a-day
/ five-day-a-week basis. This package spans a wide range of our service
offerings and technical competencies, including monitoring, tuning,
patching, backups and ensuring the general "health" of the Oracle system.
Well-suited for non-production Oracle-based systems, this plan ensures
customers do not have to pay "extra" for a 24x7 option when they do not
actually require one.
Extended Premium Monitoring & support
Suited for critical systems, this level of support entails technical
staff availability beyond normal "office hours". It should be noted that
in the case of production Oracle-based systems, "after-hours" work is
often required to maintain system integrity, efficiency, and positive
contribution to the overall business environment; this package directly
responds to this fact, allowing its procurers to know with certainty
that 24x7 support is available for their critical applications.
Hosting
We can also provide Oracle hosting services for web-accessed applications
in areas including e/iLearning, HTMLDB and other self-service Oracle
products. We also work with customers to establish hosting of Oracle
