Wayne has been involved with the following major assignments:

 Boral Limited: Senior Applications DBA, participated in the migration and merge 3 10.7 Oracle Applications instances into one Multiorg 11i 10 Oracle Applications (RDBMS 9.2.0.5) running on AIX 5L.

 MCI Corporation: Senior Database Analyst, managed multiple 24*7 VLDB.s (>600GB) for MCI and Ozemail including Portal Infranet billing application, Oracle applications 11.0.3 on Sun Solaris. In charge of the technical design and coding of the Infranet (Portal) Billing system upgrade project from v5.5.3 to v6.5.

 Origin Energy Ltd.: Managed the Origin Energy Wholesales & Trading databases including Oracle 9i and SQL Server 7.0 on Windows 2000 servers and involved in application development using web technologies. Administration of the application servers including IIS and Oracle names server. In charge of the backup and recovery, performance tuning and capacity planning.

 Franklins Ltd.: Senior Database Administrator, managed 23 Oracle Databases including Oracle Financial databases under HP-UX 9000, NT and Compaq Tru64 Unix and SQL Server databases in NT. Administer the Oracle Applications. Involved in special projects and participated in strategy planning. Assisted developers in code optimisation and tuning. Improve database backup and recovery routines. Setup and maintain Oracle Names server.

 IBM Global Services Australia: Business Analyst, Team leader, lead a team of analyst programmers, contractors to provide consultation to Network Design and Construction (NDC), Telstra Australia on Database design, output solutions and performance measurements. Took the role of DBA, BA for the projects involved.

 Telstra Australia: Outputs Consultant, provided consultancy and the design of more than 200 reports for the Circomm (Circuit Commissioning) Application.
